You collect your key card from the safe yourself. Day or night, no reception needed.
That happens with some booking portals. No problem: tap the button, write “I would like to check in” – and you will get your code straight away. We already have your details.
Enter the code. The LED turns green. Turn the handle to the right.
The safe is opposite the reception desk.
Hold the card against the black reader until the strip lights up green.
It opens the front door and your room.
When you leave, simply drop the card into the letterbox at the reception desk.
